  1. Fill out the Form below (make sure to write your information in all the spaces and fill out the form COMPLETELY)

  2. Mail the entry form and the $30 down payment to P.O. Box 86 Henderson, MN 56044

  3. Once we receive your entry form you will get an email notification locking in your spot (If you do not receive an email you either didn’t put an email address down or we have not received it) Please give a few days for a response email.
