Series Rules
Rider must start (as defined in the AMA rule book) in at least 9 of the 13 races in the same class to be eligible for year-end awards and prizes.
9 of the13 races will also count towards your points standings at the end of the season. If a racer races more than the series minimum 9 races, then we will take their best 9. (if a racer races 11 of 13 races, the best 9 will count towards their year-end awards and their 2 worst rounds will be dropped)
If you did not complete 9 of the 13 races PER CLASS, you do not qualify for the year end award. Riders who make less than 9 races will be MOVED out of the Award’s Points, bumping those who did race 9 into those positions.
Jackets will be awarded to 1st place in each class if the rider qualifies for the year end awards. Jackets are for the champion of each class only. 2nd place and down will receive an award if qualified.
Awards will be given to the top 10 qualifiers of each class. Riders who completed all 9 races and qualified outside of the top 10 will still be eligible banquet drawings and prizes.
Racer must be present at the year-end banquet to be eligible for prizes and drawings.
Perfect attendance award. Racers who compete in all 13 rounds in the SAME class of the MKSX series will receive an award at the banquet.
